Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped via a secure, tracked shipping method.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible once your order is placed. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.

Please note that during promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes.

CanineCam ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please email contact.caninecam@gmail.com immediately and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
